Here is a recap video of this year’s Discover Aviation at Sundance Airport in Oklahoma.
A little about Discover Aviation
Sundance’s 2015 Discover Aviation & Airshow Spectacular was a success despite what Mother Nature tried to throw at us. Spectators learned about the multiple careers and aspects of aviation capped off by a high-quality airshow on May 23 & 24, 2015. The planning committee has begun to plan the annual event and how it can be even more educational and impactful to the aviation industry in 2016. We’d like to thank all our sponsors for helping us create an event worthy of Oklahoma’s aviation industry. We’d also like to thank our volunteers, without which the many contingency plans may not have occurred. We’d also like to thank the spectators for braving Oklahoma’s weather.
Discover Aviation is an annual event held at Sundance Airport and presented by Sundance Flight Academy. The event allows the most novice of aviation students to aeronautics nuts to aircraft fans the chance to meet career pilots, watch them in action, and even take flight if the occasion warrants.
